Why
clarity connection?
We were created for Connection. As human beings, we make hundreds, if not thousands, of connections each and every day. We can connect internally (thoughts, emotions, ideas, concepts) or externally with the world around us (people, nature, things). "Basic Connection" can occur as an instinct or even an ingrained habit that we have learned over time...we're often not even aware of it. With a "Clear Connection" comes a foundational level of awareness of the connection. You can recognize and even appreciate the value of the connection.
Then there is "Clarity Connection". At this level of connection, we can achieve a heightened level of awareness that spurs curiosity, creativity, vision, and even innovation. It is from a "Clarity Connection" that we make decisions to act that can lead to change and transformation in our lives.

Coach, Teach, Mentor...for almost 35 years, that mantra has been ingrained in me as a professional military leader. There may not appear to be that much of a difference in these three leader skills, but Coaching is a uniquely relational partnership. I have always enjoyed Coaching the individuals and the Teams I've led to unlocking their potential to realize extraordinary achievements.
